Automatic Wire Straightening and Cutting Machine

These machines are used where wire is further processed in rods, coiled wire accurate straightening, close length tolerance and high output are of importance. These machines are widely used by electric welding rod manufacturer and industries like electric fan guards, refrigerator racks, cloth hanger, automobile parts, electric part industry.

Wire Nail Making Plant

Wire Nails making Machines are made from high grade casting and steel machines. Three shafts designs have been adopted to ensure efficient smooth working. The main crank is direct operated by motor.

Blouse Hook Making Machine

These machines manufacture Hooks in varying sizes from 40 mm to 50 mm and has the capacity to manufacture 150 pcs per minute.

Gem Clip Making Machine

These machines have the capacity to manufacture 120 to 150 Clips per minute. Size of the Clips vary from 22mm to 35 mm. We also manufacture polishing plant for Paper Pin and Gem Clip.

Safety Pin Making Plant

Safety Pins are sold in a bunch which contains three different sizes. Therefore, safety pins manufacturing plant consists of Point Grinding machine, Assembly machine, Cap manufacturing machine.
